This property has a $110 cleaning fee |

Balance of rental
fees are due 6 weeks prior to

A $500
Security deposit is required one
week prior to the guest's
check-in date. This deposit
will be placed on a credit
card. The $500 is released
within 10 days of the departure
date providing there is no
damage to the home. If the
security deposit is not received
in a timely manner, the owners
reserve the right to cancel the
reservation and the money paid
may be forfeited.
A $15.00 fee is charged by the
credit card companies as a
convenience fee for this
transaction.
